The location of the hotel is excellent, being very close to the beach and within walking distance to the vibrant 5th Ave. Guests can easily access a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions due to the neighborhood. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
The communication from the staff could use improvement, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the ADO bus, the ferry, and the beach. Also, very close to 5th Avenue and many places to eat. The hotel is well-run, clean, and comfortable. The staff, especially Michelle and Maria, are very helpful. The room and bathroom are modern and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the shower is good. There is also a nice rooftop deck and pool.
Felt very much at home, no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to everything in the city center. We could easily walk to the beach and there was a convenience store just 5 minutes away. The rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a good shower. The hotel facilities were great, including a nice rooftop where we could chill out and even take a swim in the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, they even assisted us in printing our tickets. the location and cleanliness were the best aspects of this hotel.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was close to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the area. the rooms lived up to the pictures and were nicely decorated. They may have been smaller than expected, but they were clean and comfortable. the receptionist, Flora, was fantastic. She was friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Her exceptional customer service really stood out.
The continental breakfast offered was disappointing. It consisted of only an omelette, two slices of toast, jam, butter, and a choice of coffee.

This place is located in a great neighborhood and close to the city center. It's only a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. The rooftop pool has a great view and is a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful in arranging activities such as tours and car hire.
I would recommend this hotel to all.
